About the Hunt Provider:
This hunt provider 640 acres surrounded by thousands of acres of BLM in GMU003. It consists of rolling hills and planted fields, some vegetation but mostly grasses. It's a natural migration corridor for elk and deer moving out of the high country after a storm or late fall for the winter. There are blinds on the property with heaters.

Northwestern Colorado GMU003. The closest town is Craig.

Semi-guided deer and elk hunts on private land showing you the property and helping with game retrieval.
Species & Recommended Seasons:
Elk any season. Cow elk hunts also available between rifle seasons and through December. Mule deer any season.
Licenses:
- Archery and muzzleloader mule deer licenses can take a preference point or 2 to draw.
- 1st rifle elk a draw and no points required. No deer hunting.
- Archery, 2nd & 3rd rifle elk licenses over the counter. Mule deer draw with no points required.
- 4th rifle elk and deer a draw with no points.
- Cow elk a draw and no points.
- Deer vouchers may be available. Ask for details.
License and Voucher Watchdog will get you the licenses you need.

3 min to 4 max hunters rifle.

Typical 4x4 to 6x6 elk. Mule Deer to 5x5.
